Business University, held Thursday, May 4, is a day-long seminar which will feature keynote speaker, Carl Rick, third generation spokesperson and co-owner of Kwik Trip, along with three educational tracks on topics that are important to businesses. Carl will talk about Kwik Trip's story of growth, the key strategies to their great retention rate, and how being innovative plays a big role in the continued success of their business. The three educational tracks will focus on marketing, professional development, and owners/managers. Each track will include three breakout sessions including:

- Qualities of Great Leaders
- Strengths Finders (If you choose this track, you will have to option to purchase a code to take the assessment in advance of the event, however, it is not required.)

- Introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operations System

Business University will be held at Lost Spur Golf & Event Center. Registration will open at 9:30 a.m. and the day will be wrapped up by 3:30 p.m.
During the registration process, attendees will have the opportunity to select the track (marketing, professional development, owners/managers) they would like to attend on the day of the event.
